Seafood Marinade
Ingredients

tablespoons lemon juice

tablespoons olive oil

teaspoons snipped fresh oregano or tarragon or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or tarragon, crushed

teaspoon dry mustard

teaspoon salt and pepper
Directions
In small bowl stir together lemon juice, oil, oregano or tarragon, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over seafood or fish. Turn to coat seafood or fish. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 3 hours, turning occasionally. Drain seafood or fish, discarding marinade. Grill. Makes enough for 2 pounds of seafood or fish.
