Orange-Sage Marinade

Directions
1. Combine orange peel, orange juice, olive oil, rosemary, sage, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish; seal bag.
2. Marinate in refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours. Makes about 5 (1 tablespoon) servings.
