Coriander Brush-On

tablespoons coriander seed, coarsely crushed

teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
Directions
In a small bowl stir together coriander seed, brown sugar, and lemon-pepper seasoning. Brush top and sides of fish with melted margarine. Sprinkle meat or fish with coriander mixture, pressing in slightly. Grill. Makes enough for 1-1/2 pounds of meat or fish.
