1. In blender container or food processor bowl combine cilantro, onion, lime peel, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, and oregano. Cover and blend or process with a few pulses just until coarsely chopped. Pour over meat. Turn to coat meat. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning once. Drain meat, discarding marinade. Grill. Makes enough for 1-1/2 pounds of meat.
