Fajita Marinade
Ingredients
  • 1/2
    cup clear Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2
    cup salsa
  • 1
    teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
  • 2
    tablespoons lime juice
  • 1
    tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4
    teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
Directions

Combine all ingredients. Marinate pork or beef in refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours. Makes 1 cup (enough for 1 to 2 pounds of meat).
