Maple, Cinnamon, and Pecan Butter

Directions

  1. In a food processor combine butter, pecans, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Cover and process until nuts are finely chopped.
  2. Divide mixture into thirds. Place each portion on parchment paper or plastic wrap; shape into a log about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Wrap and chill for 1 to 24 hours. Serve with pancakes, waffles, or French toast.
