Lemon Whipped Goat Cheese

Ingredients

ounces soft goat cheese (chevre), softened
1
lemon, zested
 
Kosher salt

tablespoons chives, minced

Directions

  1. In a food processor blend goat cheese and lemon zest. Cover and process until smooth. Season to taste with kosher salt and process again to combine. Transfer cheese to a small bowl and stir the chives in by hand. Sprinkle with additional lemon peel, if desired. Serve at room temperature with toasted baguette slices.
