Raspberry Delight Punch

Ingredients

quart raspberry sorbet or raspberry sherbet
1
12 ounce can frozen raspberry juice blend concentrate, thawed
3
cups pineapple juice, chilled
1/4
cup lemon juice
1
liter club soda, chilled

Directions

  1. In a chilled large bowl, stir 1 cup of the raspberry sorbet to soften; blend in thawed juice concentrate. Add pineapple juice, and lemon juice.
  2. Transfer to punch bowl. Add remaining sorbet in small scoops and the chilled club soda. Serve at once. Makes ten 6-ounce servings.

Scoop the sorbet or sherbet ahead onto a 15x10x1-inch baking pan or in a large freezer container. Cover and freeze until just before serving.
