Raspberry Delight Punch
quart raspberry sorbet or raspberry sherbet
12 ounce can frozen raspberry juice blend concentrate, thawed
cups pineapple juice, chilled
cup lemon juice
liter club soda, chilled
- In a chilled large bowl, stir 1 cup of the raspberry sorbet to soften; blend in thawed juice concentrate. Add pineapple juice, and lemon juice.
- Transfer to punch bowl. Add remaining sorbet in small scoops and the chilled club soda. Serve at once. Makes ten 6-ounce servings.

Scoop the sorbet or sherbet ahead onto a 15x10x1-inch baking pan or in a large freezer container. Cover and freeze until just before serving.
