PB&J Ice Cream Sundaes
Ingredients

cup raspberry, strawberry, or grape jelly or jam

cup chopped strawberries, sliced peaches, blueberries, and/or quartered grapes
1
vanilla or chocolate ice cream
4
soft bakery peanut butter cookies, broken
1/4
cup honey-roasted peanuts, chopped
Directions
  1. In a small saucepan heat jelly over low heat just until smooth. Stir in desired fruit.
  2. Scoop ice cream into each of 4 dessert dishes or bowls. Top ice cream with fruit mixture. Add broken cookies to each. Sprinkle with peanuts.
