PB&J Ice Cream Sundaes
cup raspberry, strawberry, or grape jelly or jam
vanilla or chocolate ice cream
soft bakery peanut butter cookies, broken
cup honey-roasted peanuts, chopped
- In a small saucepan heat jelly over low heat just until smooth. Stir in desired fruit.
- Scoop ice cream into each of 4 dessert dishes or bowls. Top ice cream with fruit mixture. Add broken cookies to each. Sprinkle with peanuts.
