Directions
1. For the head, completely coat a round, hard-frozen scoop of ice cream with chocolate shell topping, coating one half at a time, and returning the ice cream to the freezer each time.
2. Use tube frosting to glue candy features to the face. Use chocolate-covered almonds for ears, cut-up lemon fruit twists for whiskers, gumdrops for the nose and tongue, and fruity cereal circles and miniature candies for eyes.
3. Fill a sugar cone with ice cream, and top it with the decorated kitty head. Makes 1 serving.
