Herbed Cream Cheese Spread
- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Make this spread into a party-worthy cake by transferring the mixture into a foil-lined 6x2-inch cake pan (or a similar size pan or container) before covering and chilling. Meanwhile, make a second batch of the recipe and transfer it to a pastry bag fitted with an open star tip. Remove cake-molded cheese spread from the pan and use the pastry bag to pipe rosettes all over the cake.
