In a large saucepan cook beef, onion, sweet pepper, and garlic over medium-high heat until meat is brown and vegetables are tender, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon; drain fat. Stir in broth, tomatoes, frozen vegetables, potato, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until frozen vegetables are tender.
