Granola Bars

Ingredients
1
cup low-fat granola
1
cup rolled oats
1/2
cup mixed nuts
1/2
cup dried cherries, snipped
1
egg, beaten
3
tablespoons packed brown sugar
3
tablespoons vegetable oil
3
tablespoons honey
1/2
teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line an 8x8x2-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over the edges of the pan. Grease the foil; set pan aside. In a large bowl combine granola, oats, nuts, flour, and dried cherries. In a small bowl stir together egg, brown sugar, oil, honey, and cinnamon. Stir oil mixture into granola mixture, stirring until well coated. Press evenly into the prepared pan.
  2. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Using the edges of the foil, lift the uncut bars out of the pan. Cut into bars.
