Granola Bars
Ingredients
  • 1 cup  low-fat granola
  • 1 cup  rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup  mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup  all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup  dried cherries, snipped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons  packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons  vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons  honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground cinnamon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line an 8x8x2-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over the edges of the pan. Grease the foil; set pan aside. In a large bowl combine granola, oats, nuts, flour, and dried cherries. In a small bowl stir together egg, brown sugar, oil, honey, and cinnamon. Stir oil mixture into granola mixture, stirring until well coated. Press evenly into the prepared pan.

2. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Using the edges of the foil, lift the uncut bars out of the pan. Cut into bars.
