Good Morning Mulled Punch
cups apple cider or juice
cup orange juice
cup unsweetened pineapple juice
cup lemon juice
teaspoon whole allspice
Apple rings and/or fresh mint sprigs (optional)
- In a large nonreactive saucepan combine cider, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and allspice. Heat over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place a fine-mesh sieve over a large bowl. Carefully strain the cider mixture through the sieve. Discard allspice.
- Carefully pour the warm cider mixture into eight heatproof mugs. If desired, garnish with apple rings and/or mint sprigs. Serve warm.
