Ginger-Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- Basic Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mango slices
- 1/4 cup mango nectar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Directions
Basic Method::
1. In a blender combine yogurt, mango slices, nectar, banana, milk, honey, and grated fresh ginger. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
