teaspoon ground ginger
teaspoon candied ginger
- Peel grapefruit and cut into thick slices. Brush with butter; sprinkle slices with brown sugar and ground ginger.
- Broiled 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes until the brown sugar has melted and the slices are heated through. Top with plain yogurt and sprinkle with candied ginger.
