Vanilla Sour Cream Frosting
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 8 cups powdered sugar
- Buttermilk or milk
Directions
1. In large mixing bowl combine butter, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on medium for 30 seconds. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Thin with buttermilk or milk to desired consistency. Makes about 4-1/2 cups.
