Lollipop Cake Topper

Start with your favorite purchased or homemade round two layer cake, frosted with milk chocolate or white frosting. Place red and/or orange clear lollipops around outside of cake, partially imbedding lollipop sticks into frosting. (Want the lollipop tops about an inch above top of cake so it looks like a scalloped border).
