Deviled Ham and Cheese Ball

4 1/4 ounce can deviled ham

8 ounce package cream cheese, softened

teaspoon dry ranch salad dressing mix

cup finely chopped green sweet pepper

cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounces)

cup unsalted, dry roasted sunflower seeds

Assorted crackers or toasted baguette slices
Directions
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except sunflower seeds and crackers. Separate into two equal portions; refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until firm enough to handle. Form each portion into a ball; roll balls in sunflower seeds to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with assorted crackers or toasted baguette slices. Makes 3 cups spread (twenty-four 2-tablespoon servings).
