Wake-Up Smoothies
Ingredients

cup apple cider, chilled

cup fat-free milk

8 ounce carton plain low-fat yogurt

cup fresh blackberries

teaspoon ground white pepper (optional)

Directions
  1. In a blender container combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses. Makes 8 servings.
