Sunrise Sparklers and Eggheads
Ingredients
  • Kumquats
  • Melon chunks
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Orange slices, halved, or orange wedges
  • 8
    hard plastic drinking straws or wooden skewers
  • 2 2/3
    cups peach or apricot nectar, chilled
  • 2 2/3
    cups sparkling white grape juice, chilled
  • 2 2/3
    cups cranberry juice, chilled
Directions

Thread a kumquat, melon chunk, pineapple chunk, and orange slice on each straw. (Remove any pieces that block opening.) If desired, cover; chill up to 4 hours. Stir together nectar, grape and cranberry juices. Pour into glasses. Insert fruit straws. Makes 8 servings.
