ounce (1/2 cup) sake
ounce (2 tablespoons) vodka
thin strips pickled ginger
pitted whole unstuffed green olives
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, combine sake and vodka. Cover and shake; strain into a martini glass.
- For stuffed olives, roll or fold each strip of ginger and insert it into a green olive. Thread stuffed olives onto a small skewer and place in the glass. Makes 1 (5-ounce) serving.
