- 1 teaspoon rosemary-flavored oil or olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- Snipped fresh rosemary
Directions
1. In a medium bowl combine red and/or white grapefruit sections, rosemary oil, and cracked pepper; toss gently to coat.
2. Spoon the grapefruit mixture into small serving bowls. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary. Makes 2 servings.
