Ruby and Gold Grapefruit Cocktail
cup red and/or white peeled grapefruit sections
teaspoon rosemary-flavored oil or olive oil
teaspoon cracked black pepper
Snipped fresh rosemary
- In a medium bowl combine red and/or white grapefruit sections, rosemary oil, and cracked pepper; toss gently to coat.
- Spoon the grapefruit mixture into small serving bowls. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary. Makes 2 servings.
