Find ruby red pomegranate seeds in the refrigerated section of many markets. Use them as edible baubles on Christmas cocktails, including this one with sparkling wine.

- In a bowl place pomegranate seeds and enough brandy to cover. Cover; let stand at room temperature 4 to 24 hours.
- For each Sparkler, pour 5 ounces sparkling wine into a champagne glass. Add a few brandied seeds. Makes 5 servings.
