Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

medium peeled, pitted and sliced fresh peaches or nectarines, or 1/2 of a 16-ounce package frozen unsweetened peach slices
3/4
cup lactose free milk
1/4
cup frozen orange-pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
2
teaspoons sugar
1
teaspoon vanilla
1
cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. If desired, set aside a few peach or nectarine slices for garnish. In a blender container combine the remaining peaches or nectarines, the milk, juice concentrate, sugar, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. Gradually add ice cubes through hole in blender lid, blending until smooth after each addition. If desired, garnish with reserved peach or nectarine slices. Makes 2 servings.
