Orange Yogurt Drink
Ingredients

cups fat-free milk

8 ounce carton vanilla, lemon, or orange low-fat yogurt
1/2
cup fat-free or light dairy sour cream
1/4
cup frozen orange or apple juice concentrate, thawed
Directions
  1. In a pitcher combine milk, yogurt, sour cream, and orange or apple juice concentrate. Beat with a wire whisk or rotary beater until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately or chill. Store leftovers in the refrigerator or up to 24 hours.
