Mocha Hot Cocoa Mix

cups nonfat dry milk powder

cups sifted powdered sugar

cup instant coffee crystals

cup miniature semisweet chocolate pieces
Directions
  1. In a bowl, stir together milk powder, sugar, cocoa powder, coffee crystals, and salt. Divide mixture among 5 gift bags. Sprinkle some of the chocolate pieces into each bag. Seal and store at room temperature for up to 3 months. Makes 5 (3-serving) bags.

Directions to give with cocoa mix:

Before using, stir chocolate pieces into cocoa mix. For each serving: Place 1/3 cup of the mix in a mug. Add 1 cup boiling water, stirring until chocolate chips melt. If desired, top with marshmallows or whipped cream.
