Iced Latte
Ingredients
  • 1
    cup cold water
  • 1/3
    cup ground French roast or espresso roast coffee
  • 1/3
    cup half-and-half or light cream
  • 2 - 4
    teaspoons sugar-free hazelnut-flavored syrup or 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar substitute (optional)
Directions

1. Using a drip coffeemaker, add water and ground coffee. Brew according to manufacturers directions. Pour coffee into a glass measuring cup. Stir in half-and-half and, if desired, hazelnut-flavored syrup.

2. Fill 2 tall glasses with ice. Pour coffee mixture into glasses. If desired, sweeten to taste with sugar substitute. Makes 2 servings.
