Hibiscus Lime Drink

sachets hibiscus based tea (such as Tazo) or about 10 dried hibiscus flowers

Carbonated water, chilled

Directions
1. For hibiscus lime syrup, bring lime juice, water and sugar to a boil. Simmer until the liquid is clear.
2. Add tea bags or hibiscus flowers and allow to steep, about 10 minutes.
3. Remove tea bags or strain out flowers. Cool.
4. Serve well chilled with club soda (carbonated water). (For every 8 ounces soda, use about 2 ounces of syrup.) You can make it as strong or light as you want). Garnish with limes or mint from your garden. Makes 5 servings (about 10 ounces each).
