cup fresh mixed berries, such as raspberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries, or unsweetened frozen mixed berries
Directions
In a blender container, combine yogurt, bananas, and berries; cover and puree until nearly smooth. Makes 4 servings.

2/25/2010 07:53:07 PM Report AbuseThe smoothies were much more bitter than expected, so much that we had to throw them away after only a few sips. The recipe may need more yogurt, ice, or milk to take away some of the strong acidic taste.
