Cory's Health Shake
Ingredients

    cups strawberries
  • 1
    large banana, cut up
  • 1
    cup milk
  • 1
    cup ice cubes
  • 2
    tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 - 2
    teaspoons sugar (optional)
Directions

In a blender container combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Makes 4 (6-ounce) servings.

not very healthy w/2 spoons of sugar!! substitute fruit juice for sugar.
