- Arrange pear halves, cut sides up, in a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with pineapple and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the honey.
- In a medium bowl combine oats, flour, hazelnuts, brown sugar, ginger, and nutmeg. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons honey and the oil. Sprinkle the oat mixture over fruit.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 375 degree oven about 35 minutes or until pears are tender, covering with foil the last 5 minutes to prevent overbrowning. Serve with frozen yogurt. Makes 10 servings.
