In a small bowl combine margarine, honey, vinegar, and red pepper. Peel bananas or plantains; cut in half lengthwise. Brush generously with honey mixture. Grill on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium heat about 4 minutes for bananas (8 minutes for plantains) or until browned and warmed through; turn once and brush often with remaining honey mixture. Makes 4 servings.
