Fruit and Nut Chocolate Sticks

3 1/2 ounce package individually wrapped 60-calorie rich dark chocolate sticks (9 sticks)

teaspoons creamy peanut butter

tablespoons snipped dried cranberries or golden raisins

tablespoons finely chopped nuts, such as peanuts, toasted pecans, macadamia nuts, or toasted hazelnuts
Directions
Holding each chocolate stick with a paper towel, spread about 1/2 teaspoon of the peanut butter on half or more of the stick. Roll coated stick in dried fruit and nuts. Makes 9 servings.

I used Mikado chocolate sticks and it worked great. Had to chop everything very small. Best to freeze for 5 minutes then keep refrigerated, otherwise the coating can just slide right off. Made one version with cranberries, pecans, cashews and white chocolate chips, another with blueberries, walnuts, macadamia and milk chocolate chips. Husband loved both.
