cup packed brown sugar
tablespoons Kahlua, coffee liqueur, or strong coffee
tablespoon Grand Marnier, orange liqueur, or orange juice concentrate
Fresh mint sprig (optional)
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, brown sugar, Kahlua, and Grand Marnier. Cover; chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
- To serve, layer sauce and fruit in 4 parfait glasses. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 1 hour. If you like, garnish top with a mint sprig. Makes 4 servings.
