  • 1  16-ounce can white frosting
  •   Red-, orange-, yellow-, green-, and blue-color sugars and decorative candies
  •   Red-, orange-, yellow-, green-, and blue-color candy-coated milk chocolate pieces

Directions

1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions for cupcakes, using paper bake cups. Bake according to package directions; cool.

2. Spread frosting on cupcakes. Allow guests to decorate cupcakes colored sugar and candies. Makes 24 cupcakes.
