Cucumber Burrata Sandwiches

ounces Burrata cheese

cucumber, sliced thin

medium radishes, sliced thin
 
Olive oil
 
Salt
 
Pepper
Directions
  1. Spread bread with Burrata cheese, the layer on sliced cucumbers and radishes.
  2. Top with a drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Trim crust, if desired, and cut diagonally.
