Creamy Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, and cut up

cup plain soymilk
1/2
cup light agave nectar

teaspoons vanilla

Directions

  1. In a blender combine avocados, soymilk, cocoa powder, agave nectar, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour or spoon into four individual serving bowls. Serve immediately.
