Cranberry-Lime Relish
Ingredients
- 1 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons finely shredded lime peel
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 tablespoons bourbon, vodka, orange liqueur or orange juice (optional)
- Thinly sliced lime garnish (optional)
Directions
1. In a food processor combine combine cranberries, brown sugar, lime peel, lime juice, and, if desired, bourbon. Cover and process until cranberries are finely chopped. Chill 2 hours or up to 24 hours before serving. Bring to room temperature before serving. Garnish with thinly sliced lime, if desired.
