Cranberry-Lime Relish

Directions

  1. In a food processor combine combine cranberries, brown sugar, lime peel, lime juice, and, if desired, bourbon. Cover and process until cranberries are finely chopped. Chill 2 hours or up to 24 hours before serving. Bring to room temperature before serving. Garnish with thinly sliced lime, if desired.

I made this 2 years ago and it was great-and stays good for weeks if you use one of the alcoholic beverages. It goes great with lots of foods.
