Cranberry-Lime Relish

Ingredients

12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
1
cup packed brown sugar
1/4
cup lime juice
3
tablespoons bourbon, vodka, orange liqueur or orange juice (optional)
 
Thinly sliced lime garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. In a food processor combine combine cranberries, brown sugar, lime peel, lime juice, and, if desired, bourbon. Cover and process until cranberries are finely chopped. Chill 2 hours or up to 24 hours before serving. Bring to room temperature before serving. Garnish with thinly sliced lime, if desired.
