I can't believe these haven;t been rated. They are wonderful cookies. I first saw this in a BHG magazine and have been making them for about 3 years. Young and old love these. It makes a huge batch, I only bake off what I need. It is one of those cookies you can eat and not feel so guilty because it is full of healthy ingredients. Feel free to use any bran cereal, I have used them all, usually what is left in the bottom of the box. (fiber one, raisin bran, etc.) They all work well. Enjoy!
