Coffee Shake Shots



  1. Let ice cream stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, drizzle a little chocolate syrup in the bottoms of 8 to 10 (about 1-ounce) shot glasses; set aside.
  2. In a blender combine ice cream, milk, and the 3 tablespoons liqueur. Cover and blend on medium-high speed until thick and smooth. Spoon ice cream mixture and a little additional liqueur into shot glasses. If desired, top each serving with a chocolate-covered coffee bean.

If you can't find coffee-flavor ice cream, dissolve 1 tablespoon regular or decaffeinated instant coffee crystals in the 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur and use vanilla ice cream instead.
