Coconut-Doughnut Shakes

Ingredients

miniature frosted cake doughnuts
3
cups vanilla ice cream
2/3
cup milk
3
tablespoons cream of coconut
4
miniature frosted cake doughnuts, optional

Directions

  1. Coarsely crumble four doughnuts; set aside. In blender combine ice cream, milk, and cream of coconut until smooth. Add crumbled doughnuts; pulse just until blended. Divide among four tall glasses; top each with mini doughnut, if desired. Makes 4 (3/4 cup) servings.

If you can only find unfrosted mini doughnuts, simply make your own powdered sugar icing using powdered sugar and enough milk to make frosting consistency. Tint frosting desired color and use desired sprinkles.
