Cider-Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup apple cider or juice
- 1 cup maple-flavor syrup
Directions
1. In a small saucepan combine cider and syrup. Bring to boiling over medium heat; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened slightly (you should have about 1 cup of syrup).
2. Serve warm. Cover and refrigerate the remaining syrup for up to 1 week.
