Toasted Almond-Coconut Balls

cup toasted slivered almonds

cup no-calorie, heat-stable granular sugar substitute (Splenda)

cup unsweetened dried coconut flakes

tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

tablespoons butter, softened

tablespoon water

teaspoon vanilla
Directions
1. Place almonds in a food processor. Cover and process until very finely ground. In a medium bowl stir together almonds, sugar substitute, coconut flakes, and cocoa powder. Stir in butter, water, and vanilla.
2. Shape mixture into twelve balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Serve immediately or cover tightly and chill up to 3 days. Makes 12 balls.
