Quick Chocolate Cake

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Beat with electric mixer on medium to high speed until well combined. Pour batter in a greased 9x13x2-inch baking pan.
  2. Bake 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, or dust with powdered sugar. Makes 12 servings.

This cake is amazing! Quick, easy, fluffy, and moist. The chocolate flavor really develops over night, it is definitely best the next day. It has a rich chocolate flavor, with the perfect amount of sweetness. The cake is very sticky though, I lined the baking pan with aluminum foil and greased that, and the cake still stuck. I'll try flouring it next time.
