Chocolate & Mango Yogurt

Ingredients

cup Homemade Vanilla Yogurt or purchased Greek vanilla yogurt
1
mango, seeded, peeled, and chopped (about 1 cup)
1/2
cup toasted walnut pieces
1/4
cup bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped or grated
2
tablespoons snipped fresh mint leaves
2
teaspoons agave nectar or honey

Directions

  1. In a shallow serving dish combine yogurt, mango,walnuts, chocolate, and mint. Stir together. Sweeten to taste with agave nectar or honey. Makes 4 servings.
