Honey Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons snipped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1 smallred onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 12 ounces cut-up cooked chicken
- 4 baked biscuits, split
Directions
1. In a medium skillet combine honey and thyme; stir in red onion. Cook and stir over medium-low just heat until hot (do not boil). Stir in chicken; heat through. Arrange chicken mixture on biscuit bottoms. Add tops. Makes 4 servings.
