Chicken with Cranberry Sauce

medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 pound total)

tablespoon margarine or butter

16 ounce can (1 cup) whole cranberry sauce

tablespoons honey

1/2
teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
1. In a large skillet, cook chicken in hot margarine or butter over medium heat about 10 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once. Remove chicken from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet; cover and keep warm.
2. For sauce, stir cranberry sauce, honey, and ginger into reserved drippings in the skillet. Cook and stir until heated through. Transfer chicken to dinner plates. Spoon sauce atop.
