Chicken and Feta Salad Stuffed Pitas
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup loose-pack frozen peas, thawed
- 1 9 ounce packagefrozen chopped cooked chicken, thawed
- 1 medium tomato, chopped (2/3 cup)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (1 ounce)
- 2 green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
- 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
- 4 pita bread rounds, halved crosswise
- Lettuce leaves
Directions
1. Combine peas, chicken, tomato, feta cheese, and green onion. Stir in yogurt and dillweed; toss to combine.
2. Line pita halves with lettuce leaves. Spoon chicken mixture into pita halves. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
