Chicken and Feta Salad Stuffed Pitas

Ingredients

cup loose-pack frozen peas, thawed

9 ounce package frozen chopped cooked chicken, thawed

medium tomato, chopped (2/3 cup)

cup crumbled feta cheese (1 ounce)

green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)

cup plain fat-free yogurt

pita bread rounds, halved crosswise
 
Lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Combine peas, chicken, tomato, feta cheese, and green onion. Stir in yogurt and dillweed; toss to combine.
  2. Line pita halves with lettuce leaves. Spoon chicken mixture into pita halves. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
