Using your fingers, gently separate the chicken skin from the meat of the breast halves along rib edge.
For stuffing, in a small bowl combine cheeses, basil, oregano, and lemon-pepper seasoning. Spoon a rounded tablespoon of stuffing under the skin of each breast half. Place chicken, bone side down, in a 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Brush chicken with butter. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until no longer pink (170 degrees F). Makes 6 servings.
